Payment

All amounts shown on the website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery costs.

 

Basic Feather ApS accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, MobilePay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not impose any type of transaction fee on your purchase.

 

Payment for the order will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

 

Basic Feather ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means that the connection is completely safe.

 

Shipping

We only deliver goods within Denmark. The delivery time for your order is usually 3-5 business days. For orders on weekends and holidays, the item will be shipped on the first business day.

 

In exceptional cases, should there be an extended delivery time, we will notify you by email.

 

We deliver to private addresses in Denmark - except the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

 

All goods are delivered by GLS.

 

Returns and right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full return policy on goods purchased on our webshop.

 

The period starts from the day you receive your order. Any return costs are your responsibility, as is the choice of carrier.

 

Withdrawal must be notified to us within 14 days of purchase, and from the withdrawal, the order must be received by us within 14 days after you have informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

 

The notice must be given by email to info@basicfeather.com where you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

 

It is up to Basic Feather ApS to assess the condition of the goods. If the item has been tested beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the item, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that in case of cancellation of the purchase you will get a small part or none of the purchase price back unless covered by Basic Feather ApS' satisfaction guarantee.

 

Right of complaint

According to the Danish Purchase Act, there is a 2-year warranty on products. The warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship.

 

Complaints must be notified to [company name] within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, one month is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

 

The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.

 

Basic Feather ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept parcels sent COD.

Privacy policy

When you purchase an item and provide the information yourself, we receive customer data. As a data controller, we treat your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data will only be used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.

We use third parties to process some of our data, including in our freight handling, which is not developed by Basic Feather ApS. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners to ensure that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of personal data.
